A bit about me .....

​

"My name is Rachel Quinn. I have been practicing Pilates for over 20 years, and 15 years ago, I decided to turn my passion for Pilates into a career. I've never looked back since.

I am a Level 3 mat-qualified Pilates instructor from Newcastle upon Tyne, and I currently teach Pilates via Zoom, one-on-one sessions, corporate sessions, and classes in Gosforth.

My aim is to teach fun and effective Matwork Pilates classes and share my passion with every person who attends my classes."
