1-2-1 and Private Sessions

1-2-1 Pilates Training

Ideal if you are unable to make it to a class or want to work towards personal goals at your own pace, private pilates sessions are a great way to discover Pilates, get started with the basics and improve your Pilates technique.

Quinn Pilates one to one sessions last 45 minutes and are focused on achieving agreed goals, such as:

  • Toning of the stomach muscles

  • General body tone improvement

  • Improve posture and core strength

  • Spinal or pelvic problems that arise due to pregnancy (pre and post-natal)

  • Increase flexibility

  • Reduce stress and increase relaxation  Throughout each session, I will assess your body as you move through the exercises, correcting postural imbalances and compensation patterns which may be causing you pain and holding you back from achieving the strength and tone you would like in certain areas.

  • Enjoy Pilates in the comfort of your home - or outside in the sunshine if you prefer (North East weather permitting!

To book just get in touch classes are £45 all equipment used will be supplied apart from a Mat you will need your own.
